Females are virtually non-existent on PruneScape. While 10% of all players are female, 90% of those are males with a female character (she-males). This means only 10% of PruneScapers of the female persuasion are actual females. Real females are virtually non-existent, as previously established, so not much is known about them. It has been scientifically estimated by NASA scientists that they are really either invading aliens, or robots made by invading aliens. But as you can see, NASA are really just a bunch of fucking idiots who are always paranoid about some aliens invading Earth so, the possibility of this possibility being possible is impossibly slim. In other words, NASA may be wrong.

Another suggestion was the the She-males are actually created by Jagex Staffs to test if any players are nothing but stupid perverts. If they find any those accounts are banned immediately and the player will be instantly killed. However, this theory is instantly proved wrong, because Jagex staff themselves are perverts odd. So in reality, Jagex doesn't really mind these players which results in the current state of the game. There was a clean-up planned for Females and males-pretending-to-be-females, but dumb Jagex forgot that there is no way of knowing who's who on the Internet. Sensible players are warned to not talk to unknown players, lest they be like Michael Jackson. Facing him is the ultimate consequence for being unaware and not... CYBER-SMART!
