Chuck Norris is considered to be one of the most deadiest random events of all. Rumor has it that "some guys" were killing she-males and all of a sudden, the Chuck Norris random event happened and instead of just pwning one person, it pwned all twelve of them, and even killed the she-male, hitting a max hit of 200. This was the first reported case of Chuck Norris breaking the laws of physics Jagex put in place upon designing RuneScape. Chuck Norris' special attack is called the Roundhouse Kick KO, which can hit a max of around 500. Chuck Norris is a considerably rare random event. Sometimes, Chuck Norris can come out asking for something or just plain kill you, but whatever you do, don't look him in the eyes.

More information is not available at this time because the unfortunate players who encounter Chuck Norris are currently in deep comas. It has been speculated that looking indirectly into Chuck Norris's eyes alone can petrify you, much like the basilisk's glare could in the film and novel of Harry Potter and the Chamberpot of Secrets.

Chuck Norris initially was a normal player, and started on Tutorial Island with all skills at level 99. He was the first level 138 player on the island, and when he found out the Combat Tutor was higher leveled than him he one-hitted him with his Roundhouse Kick KO special attack with the Norris Godsword he smithed with tin, copper and an onyx he found while doing the mining tutorial. After playing for about half a minute he maxed all skills to 200M xp, thus becoming the first-ranked player, beating that fr00b Zezima. After he got bored he hacked Jagex's computers and made him a non-playable character (he was able to play), and since then, when he gets a little bored he kills a player for fun, pretending he's a random event.

• Chuck Norris killed a Jungle Demon using a Dragon Scimitar.
• Chuck Norris didn't use a Ring of Visibility to get Ghostly Robes; when the ghosts saw him they just dropped it.
• Chuck Norris killed the Ice Queen wielding a Dragon Battlaxe.
• Anybody who's done Heroes Quest can kill the Ice Queen wielding a Dragon Battleaxe.
• Chuck Norris uses 10 rings at once.
• It's unknown why other people can't wear more than one ring.
• Chuck Norris does have a face in RuneScape, it's just impossible to see it, since everyone gets roundhouse kicked in the face before they can look at it.
• Chuck Norris can listen to Simple Plan on the RuneScape music player.
• Chuck Norris doesn't listen to Simple Plan.
• When Chuck Norris used a Fixed Device to dye the sick sheep of Ardougne he accidentally used an atomic bomb instead of using the swamp toad.
• MacGyver made the previous atomic bomb using ashes and weeds.
• When Guthix saw the destruction caused by the atomic bomb he got so sad that he went crying like a baby under Lumbridge and Juna, the Snake, took care of him in these hard times.
• Chuck Norris created a level 1 character.
• Chuck Norris can alch air.
• Chuck Norris alched a whole Party hat set because he needed the light.
